High-gelling, high-strength antimicrobial dressing delivering low levels of silver to protect against bacteria. High absorption capacity reduces risk of tissue macteriaton and allows increased time between dressing changes.

Consists of a thick, highly absorbent pad of non-woven alginate fibres. The bonding process minimises fibre shed and enhances physical strength of the dressing in the wound.
