365 Transparent Island Dressings

Range of sterile, self-adhesive, showerproof transparent film wound dressings incorporating an absorbent, non-adherent pad. Made from a latex-free, semipermeable polyurethane film membrane coated with a hypoallergenic acrylic adhesive. Breathable, showerproof and impermeable to liquids, bacteria and viruses.

Abilar 10% Resin Salve

An ointment-like product containing refined natural resin from Norwegian spruce (Picea abies), which has been used as a traditional wound-care treatment in Finland for over 500 years. Creates a protective layer that enhances wound healing and inhibits bacteria (including MRSA) and certain fungi, helps prevent biofilm formation and promotes re-epithelialisation.

AbsoPad

An absorbent, non-adherent dressing laminated on one side with a PE net to prevent wound adherence. The dressing is perforated to allow the passage of exudate from the wound into the pad.

Accel-Heal Solo

Single-use, automated electrical stimulation wound therapy device designed to stimulate healing, reduce inflammation and help alleviate pain in hard-to-heal wounds. The device is easily operated, wearable and to be used alongside topical wound treatments, such as dressings and compression bandages. Once applied and started, it automatically delivers a pre-set programme of sub-sensory electrical stimulation over a continuous 12 day treatment period.
