CovaWound Hydrocolloid
Covalon Technologies

CovaWound Hydrocolloid

A two-layer dressing comprising an absorbent hydrocolloid matrix laminated to a highly breathable polyurethane film backing. The hydrocolloid matrix absorbs exudate and forms a cohesive gel, while the breathable polyurethane film backing provides a high rate of moisture vapour transmission.
CovaWound Hydrocolloid (Bordered)
Covalon Technologies

CovaWound Hydrocolloid (Bordered)

Comprises an absorbent hydrocolloid matrix, which has a border laminated to a highly breathable polyurethane film backing. The hydrocolloid matrix absorbs exudate and forms a cohesive gel, while the breathable polyurethane film backing provides a high rate of moisture vapour transmission.
CovaWound Hydrocolloid Thin
Covalon Technologies

CovaWound Hydrocolloid Thin

Comprises an absorbent hydrocolloid matrix laminated to a breathable polyurethane film backing. The hydrocolloid matrix absorbs exudate and forms a cohesive gel, while the film backing provides a high rate of moisture vapour transmission.
CovaWound Silicone Foam
Covalon Technologies

CovaWound Silicone Foam

Comprises an atraumatic, soft silicone adhesive, an absorbent polyurethane foam core and a vapour-permeable polyurethane membrane
CovaWound Silicone Foam (Bordered)
Covalon Technologies

CovaWound Silicone Foam (Bordered)

A five-layer dressing with border comprising an atraumatic, soft silicone adhesive, an absorbent polyurethane foam core, a non-woven fabric, absorbent fibres and a vapour-permeable outer membrane
CovaWound Silicone Foam Lite
Covalon Technologies

CovaWound Silicone Foam Lite

Comprises an atraumatic, soft silicone adhesive, a polyurethane foam core and a vapour-permeable polyurethane membrane that acts as a barrier to liquid and microorganisms
CovaWound Silicone Foam Lite (Bordered)
Covalon Technologies

CovaWound Silicone Foam Lite (Bordered)

A three-layer dressing with border comprising an atraumatic, soft silicone adhesive, an absorbent polyurethane foam core and a vapour-permeable outer layer
CovaWound SuperAbsorbent
Covalon Technologies

CovaWound SuperAbsorbent

A multilayer dressing comprising a soft polyethylene, non-adherent, hydrophilic wound contact layer, a polyurethane foam with superabsorbent polymer (SAP) core and a non-woven fibre top layer. The non-adherent hydrophilic wound contact layer enables fluid transmission through to the SAP core.
Credalast
Credenhill (supplied by Daylong Direct)

Credalast

British Standard range of compression hosiery available in nylon and cotton. Credalast (nylon) is a sheerer hosiery and Credalast Cotton (cotton/lycra) is a classic support hosiery with cotton layer knitted on the inside layer, designed for patients with sensitive skin. Made-to-measure options are Credalast Classic and Credalast Velvet (with Tactel Climate Effect), both of which come in natural and black. Available in compression classes 1, 2 and 3 in below-knee and thigh length. Available in standard sizes and made to measure.
C-Sorb
Richardson Healthcare

C-Sorb

A non-adherent superabsorbent dressing pad. The fast-wicking core contains superabsorbent polymers (SAP), which transform into a gel that draws in fluid and bacteria, ensuring that it is evenly distributed across the pad to prevent uncomfortable bulking in one area. The core's lock-away technology retains fluid effectively, which prevents leakage and maceration. The dressing's fluid-repellent backing prevents strikethrough. Latex-free.
