Comprises an absorbent hydrocolloid matrix, which has a border laminated to a highly breathable polyurethane film backing. The hydrocolloid matrix absorbs exudate and forms a cohesive gel, while the breathable polyurethane film backing provides a high rate of moisture vapour transmission.
Lightly exuding wounds such as pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, foot ulcers, superficial partial-thickness burns, donor sites, diabetic foot ulcers, postoperative wounds and skin abrasions. Can also be used on small wounds towards the end of the healing trajectory.
Third-degree burns; wounds with clinical signs of infection; wounds at high risk of infection. Do not use on patients with a known allergy or sensitivity to hydrocolloids. See instructions for use.
Absorbent hydrocolloid dressing with added alginate for absorption, a vapour-permeable film backing and bevelled edge to reduce the risk of rolling edges. Mapping grid to aid wound measurement.

Absorbent, transparent hydrocolloid dressing with a vapour-permeable film backing and bevelled edge to reduce the risk of rolling edges. Consists of moisture absorbing sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) particles encapsulated in a synthetic, elastic and sticky mass. The top film is a semi-permeable polyurethane film. Mapping grid to aid wound measurement.
