Description

One-sided soft silicone wound contact layer with a porous structure that allows exudate to pass into an outer absorbent dressing. The one-sided layer prevents the secondary dressing from sticking to the wound contact layer. Can also be used as a protective layer in negative pressure wound therapy.

Indications

For chronic and acute wounds such as skin tears, diabetic foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, first- and second-degree burns, surgical wounds and traumatic wounds. 

Contraindications

Do not use on third-degree burns or on patients with a known hypersensitivity to the product or to its components. Not for surgical implantation.
