Jobst FarrowWrap

Ready-to-wear short-stretch wrap compression system for the upper and lower limb. Latex-free. Machine washable and can be tumbled dried. Comes with two discreet beige liners. Also available as a custom fit range.

Indications

Lite (20–30mmHg): Primary mild to moderate lymphoedema/chronic oedema. Especially suitable for palliative patients, paediatric patients and patients who have neuropathy or peripheral vascular disease where reduced compression levels are required. Classic (30–40mmHg): Primary moderate to severe lymphoedema/chronic oedema. Rigid fabric suitable for moderate to severe oedema with an irregular limb shape as fabric lays flat against skin folds. Strong (30–40mmHg): Primary moderate to severe lymphoedema/chronic oedema with some limb shape distortion. Soft inner layer less rigid than Classic, and suitable for moderate to severe oedema with minor skin folds and some limb shape distortion.

Contraindications

Severe arterial disease: mild arterial disease in the presence of peripheral neuropathy; untreated vein infection; uncontrolled (decompensated) congestive heart failure; untreated and/or advancing infection involving the feet or legs; large blood clot in the vein of the legs
