Description
Superabsorbent dressing with Hydration Response Technology (HRT). It has a hypoallergenic polyproplyene outer sheath and an inner core consisting of superabsorbent polymers and cellulose. Does not contain glue or adhesives. Can be used under compression.
Indications
For wound cleansing and slough reduction of wounds with moderate or high exudate levels
Contraindications
None currently known, but avoid using on wounds with very little or no fluids (risk of drying and adhesion). Only apply to tunnel cavities under appropriate monitoring conditions as the product expands as it absorbs fluid.
