Description
Sterile gel composed of hydrocolloids in a clear, viscous vehicle. It provides a balance of fluid/moisture to the wound site, either by absorbing or donating fluid to the wound. Helps to promote natural autolysis.
Indications
Partial- and full-thickness wounds such as leg ulcers and pressure ulcers
Contraindications
Known sensitivity to the dressing or its components
