Biatain-Ibu Soft-Hold

A soft and flexible absorbent foam dressing containing ibuprofen and a gentle adherent layer covering less than 50% of the foam surface. When in contact with exudate the unique 3D foam structure conforms closely to the wound bed– even under compression.

Indications

Low to highly exuding wounds including leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, non-infected diabetic foot ulcers, second-degree burns, postoperative wounds and traumatic wounds. Can be used under compression therapy.

Contraindications

Sensitivity to NSAIDs. Do not use during pregnancy. Do not use with oxidising solutions, e.g. hydrogen peroxide. Should not be used on donor sites. Do not exceed the stated dose. Do not use on children under 12 years of age except on the advice of a health-care professional. Refer to full instructions for use.
