CONTRAINDICATIONS

Contraindicated in the presence of necrotic tissue eschar, untreated osteomyelitis, malignancy in wound (except palliative care to enhance quality of life), exposed arteries, veins, organs or nerves; non-enteric and unexplored fistulae; anastomic sites.
