Description
A sterile antimicrobial wound gel that releases controlled, low levels of reactive oxygen in the wound bed for 72 hours
Indications
Has a broad-spectrum antimicrobial action, including antibiofilm properties. Can also be used to assist the healing process. Suitable for use in all stages of the healing process on a wide range of acute and chronic wounds including diabetic foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, surgical wounds, traumatic wounds, cuts and abrasions, burns, donor and recipient sites, and infected wounds.
Contraindications
Do not use on patients who have an allergic reaction to honey or other bee-related products. Do not use on bleeding wounds. May be used on patients who are intolerant to some sugars, under the supervision of a health professional.
